Refund policy

Alanna accepts returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise, with all internal tags intact, for store credit (Alanna E-Gift Card).

Important Considerations:

  • You have a ten (10) calendar day period from the date of delivery confirmation email to request a refund.
  • Damaged or defective items can be returned by contacting customer care within 3 days of delivery.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for SALE products.
  • The product must be returned in the same package it was received, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
  • Alanna is not responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed in the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities or email costumerservice@alanna.com.co.

Exchange and Return Procedure:

  • Send an email within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the product to costumerservice@alannaglobal.com, stating the reason for the exchange or return and specifying your order number.
  • After reviewing the email, you will receive further instructions.
  • Once the product is received, Alanna conducts a quality check that takes approximately 5 business days. If the exchange is authorized, you will receive store credit via email.
